HEAVY RAINS HAVE BEEN FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREAS DURING THE PAST FEW
HOURS AND AT 1150 PM RADAR INDICATED MORE HEAVY RAIN MOVING OVER EASTERN
LAUDERDALE AND NORTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES.
 
RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT AS MUCH AS 4 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE
FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN LAUDERDALE  COUNTY DURING THE PAST
SEVERAL HOURS.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
