FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA

AT 315 AM CDT BIRMINGHAM RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINSHOWERS OCCURRING
OVER CENTRAL ALABAMA WITH VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS AND SHOWERS OVER
CALHOUN COUNTY. REPORTS OF STREET FLOODING HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED.
HIGHWAY 431...NORTHWEST OF ANNISTON...IS NEAR FLOODING WITH HEAVY RAIN-
SHOWERS OCCURRING. MOVEMENT OF PRECIPITATION WAS TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST
AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
