TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM CDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
 
   ...OLDHAM COUNTY
 
AT 843 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE
TORNADO DEVELOPING ACROSS SOUTHERN OLDHAM COUNTY. LOCAL SPOTTERS ARE
ALSO REPORTING FUNNEL CLOUDS AROUND THE VEGA AREA. PERSONS IN VEGA
TAKE COVER NOW.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 5 MILES AN HOUR.
