FLASH FLOOD WARNING   EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 AM CDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...SOUTHERN POTTER COUNTY...NORTHERN RANDALL COUNTY
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IS ISSUING A FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
SOUTHERN POTTER AND NORTHERN RANDALL COUNTIES. FLOODING IS OCCURRING
CITY WIDE IN AMARILLO WITH MAIN ROAD ARTERIES CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.
 
DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS WATER.  BRIDGES AND ROADWAYS COULD BE WASHED OUT.
MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IF YOU LIVE IN A LOW LYING AREA.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT.  KNOW YOUR
