FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

INDICATED BETWEEN 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM FIELD TO CLOVIS
DURING THE PAST THREE HOURS. HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE
SAME AREA. SINCE THE GROUND IS ALREADY SATURATED...FLOODING OF LOW LYING
