AT 515 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES
NORTHEAST OF MARYSVILLE. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 30 MILES
AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MARIETTA AND OKETO AREAS BY 545 PM.

THE STORM SHOULD MOVE INTO SOUTHERN NEBRASKA BY 550 PM.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM YOU SHOULD MOVE INDOORS.

BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 35 MILES AN HOUR AND DEADLY LIGHTNING

...THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL KANSAS ARE APPROACHING NORTHEAST KANSAS...

AT 715 PM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE BECOMING NUMEROUS OVER CENTRAL
KANSAS AND WERE DEVELOPING AND MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST.

SCATTERED INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY MOVE INTO THE MARYSVILLE TO
MANHATTAN AND COUNCIL GROVE AREAS BEFORE 9 PM. THESE STORMS HAVE THE
POT\ENTIAL TO PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND PERHAPS TORNADOES.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP ELSEWHERE OVER NORTHEAST KANSAS THIS
EVENING AND WILL BECOME NUMEROUS BY MIDNIGHT.
