AT 355 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THAT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM
10 MILES EAST OF HAYS NEAR VICTORIA SOUTHWARD TO 30 MILES SOUTH OF HAYS
NEAR RUSH CENTER. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST
AT 40 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING INTO THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF BARTON AND RUSSELL
COUNTIES BY 430 PM CDT. VERY HEAVY RAIN...HAIL...GUSTY WINDS AND DEADLY
LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.
