AT 655 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A FEW WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER
CENTRAL KANSAS GENERALLY NORTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 30 MILES WEST OF
GREAT BEND...TO WACONDA LAKE (35 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF CONCORDIA)...
TO THE CITY OF JEWELL (25 MILES NORTHWEST OF CONCORDIA). THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORM WERE OVER WACONDA LAKE.

NO SEVERE WEATHER WAS OCCURRING OVER CENTRAL OR NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...BUT
CONDITIONS REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
