AT 125 PM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS HOLMES...WASHINGTON...AND CALHOUN COUNTIES OF NORTH FLORIDA. THESE STORMS WILL BEGIN TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF JACKSON COUNTY WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR OR SO. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SPREADING ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE BIG BEND OF FLORIDA AND PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN GEORGIA DURING THE REMAINDER OF THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. THESE STORMS WILL BE ACCOMPDANIED BY STRONG GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY RAINS...FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND PERHAPS SOME SMALL HAIL AS THEY MOVE EAST NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE AREA AT 25 MPH. STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
