...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR A PORTION OF
SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI UNTIL 300 PM...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI
EXTENDING FROM 40 MILES NORTHEAST OF WEST PLAINS NEAR EMINENCE
TO BRANSON THEN WEST TO 30 MILES SOUTH OF JOPLIN. PEA TO MARBLE
SIZE HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH A FEW OF THESE STORMS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES PER
HOUR WHILE THE AREA WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST.

THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHEAST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI UNTIL 400 PM. THE CITIES OF WEST PLAINS...
ALTON...EMINENCE AND VAN BUREN ARE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS.

SOUTHEAST MISSOURI UNTIL 900 PM...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED ACROSS SOUTHEAST MISSOURI
FROM 50 MILES NORTHEAST OF WEST PLAINS TO WEST PLAINS. THESE
STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST TO NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES PER
HOUR.

SMALL HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED
WITH THE PASSAGE OF THESE STORMS.

WEST PLAINS...ALTON AND VAN BUREN WILL BE AFFECTED BY THESE STORMS
THROUGH 400 PM.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI HAS EXPIRED.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR A PORTION OF
SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI UNTIL 9 PM CDT...

AT 430 PM THERE WERE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI
TO THE EAST OF WEST PLAINS.  THEY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY TO THE
EAST OVER THE NEXT HOUR.

ALSO THERE WAS A BATCH OF THUNDERSTORMS POISED OVER NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA BETWEEN THE STATE LINE AND TULSA.  THESE STORMS HAVE BEEN
MOVING TO THE EAST AND IN FACT A FEW SHOWERS HAVE ENTERED  THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STATE IN THE SOUTHWEST CITY AREA.  BY 530 PM
CDT THESE SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE TOWARD CASSVILLE AND THE BARRY
COUNTY AREA.
