   AND WESTCENTRAL HIGHLANDS...
...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON THURSDAY FOR THE SOUTHERN
   HIGHLANDS AND PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHWESTERN MOUNTAINS.

LOW PRESSURE MOVING THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY WILL SPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATCH AREA TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO THURSDAY.
WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED AND THE STREAMS AND CREEKS ABOVE
NORMAL A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF RAINFALL WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLOODING.

PEOPLE ALONG SMALL STREAMS CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS SHOULD MONITOR
WATER LEVELS AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLOODING
