THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ELKINS HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN EAST WEST VIRGINIA

   ...NORTHERN HALF OF HAMPSHIRE COUNTY

AT 412 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS ON
THE GROUND IN HAMPSHIRE COUNTY OF WEST VIRGINIA NEAR AND JUST EAST 
OF THE ROMNEY AREA. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MILES AN 
HOUR.
