TRI STATE...

AT 330 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF VERY HEAVY
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM SCIOTO COUNTY OHIO SOUTHWEST THROUGH
CENTRAL LEWIS COUNTY OF KENTUCKY.

THIS LINE IS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH WHILE INDIVIDUAL STORMS ARE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. THIS LINE SHOULD ENTER INTO WESTERN GREENUP CARTER
AND ELLIOTT COUNTIES BY 400 PM EDT.

PEOPLE IN THESE COUNTIES CAN EXPECT BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAIN RESULTING
IN PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. IN ADDITION DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND
STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL OCCUR.
