FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA

HEAVY RAINFALL WAS CAUSING STREAMS TO RISE RAPIDLY ACROSS CALHOUN COUNTY
WITH WATER ALREADY OVER THE ROAD AT STINSON...CHLOE...AND MINNORA ON THE
WEST FORK OF THE LITTLE KANAWHA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISINGd WATER SHOULD BE
