AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN CENTRAL OHIO

   ...MARION COUNTY...UNION COUNTY

URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS LIKELY THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON
THROUGHOUT PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL OHIO.

HEAVY RAIN HAVE BEEN FALLING OVER MUCH OF THE WESTERN THIRD AND
NORTHERN THIRD OF OHIO SINCE 5 AM EST.  THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO
2 INCHES IN MARION COUNTY BETWEEN 5 AM AND 8 AM EST.  A VOLUNTEER
OBSERVER IN GREEN CAMP...IN SOUTHWEST MARION COUNTY...REPORTED 2 INCHES
OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL SINCE MIDNIGHT.

THE RUNOFF FROM ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY TRIGGER FLOODING IN SOME
URBAN AREAS AND ALONG SMALL STREAMS.  PEOPLE LIVING NEAR SMALL STREAMS
SHOULD LISTEN FOR THE LATEST WEATHER INFORMATION AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE
TO SAFETY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED.
