AT 1110PM WEATHER RADAR AND SATELLITE INDICATED SEVERAL BANDS OF HEAVY RAINS ACROSS THE TRI STATE. THE EASTERN BAND STRETCHED FROM SOUTHEASTERN MEIGS COUNTY OHIO SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE OHIO RIVER INTO WESTERN MASON..CABELL AND WAYNE COUNTIES OF WEST VIRGINIA AND INTO EASTERN LAWRENCE AND JOHNSON COUNTIES OF KENTUCKY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF NEARLY 1/2 OF AN INCH HAVE BEEN RECORDED BY AUTOMATED RAINGAGES IN THIS AREA AS THE BAND CONTINUES TO MOVES TO THE EAST AT 30 TO 40 MPH. LIGHT RAIN WAS STILL BEING REPORTED ACROSS MUCH OF` SOUTHCENTRAL OHIO..EASTERN KENTUCKY AND WESTERN WEST VIRGINIA AND SHOULD REMAIN OVER THE AREA THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. END/DG
