THE HIGH WIND WARNING FOR THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF ARIZONA EXPIRED AT 600 PM MST THIS EVENING. WINDS HAD DIMINISHED TO LESS THAN 25 MPH IN MOST LOCATIONS AND WILL CONTINUE DECREASING TONIGHT. TRAVELERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE IS FLOODING ON THE LITTLE COLORADO RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES. UNBRIDGED RIVER CROSSINGS WILL BE IMPASSABLE AND SOME BRIDGES MAY BE CLOSED. ALSO THERE IS A RISK OF BLACK ICE ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 40 IN THE FLAGSTAFF AREA. TENHARKEL
