WARNINGS UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA

   ...BEDFORD...BLAIR...

FLOODING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS IN THE WARNED AREA CONTINUES THIS
MORNING FROM THE RAINFALL THAT OCCURRED FRIDAY NIGHT. SHOBERS RUN
AND DUNNING CREEK IN BEDFORD COUNTY CONTINUE TO BE OUT OF THEIR BANKS
WITH SOME EVACUATIONS BEING REPORTED. SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IN
CENTRAL BLAIR COUNTY IN HOLLIDAYSBURG ARE ALSO OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
RUNOFF FROM LAST NIGHTS RAIN IN ADDITION TO SOME SCATTERED SHOWERS
THIS AFTERNOON WILL KEEP STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
