HEAVY RAIN IS OCCURRING IN RITZVILLE. THE SHERIFFS OFFICE HAS REPORTED
FLOODING ON ROADWAYS THROUGHOUT THE TOWN.

THROUGH ADAMS COUNTY.  HEAVY RAIN AROUND RITZVILLE AND EASTWARD IS
