AT 520PM CDT RADAR INDICATED RAPIDLY DEVELOPING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS 21 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WABASHA NEAR THE
TOWN OF ZUMBRO FALLS.  THE SEVERE THUNDERTORM WAS
MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH TOWARD THE TOWNS OF WABASHA
...WEAVER...AND PLAINVIEW.
