IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN ...NORTHERN CLARK COUNTY AT 715 PM...SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER'S REPORTED A CONFIRMED TORNADO ON THE GROUND NEAR LAKE EAU CLAIRE IN NORTHEAST EAU CLAIRE COUNTY. THIS LOCATION IS ABOUT 25 MILES EAST OF THE CITY OF EAU CLAIRE. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THE STORM INCLUDE THORP...WITHEE...OWEN AND LONGWOOD.
