LOVINGTON NEW MEXICO...NEAR GOLDSMITH TEXAS...IN THE VICINITY OF
MIDLAND...WEST OF LENORAH...WEST AND SOUTH OF GARDEN CITY AND NORTH
OF LONGFELLOW. THE MOST INTENSE STORM WAS SOUTH OF GARDEN CITY.
OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE FROM SOUTH OF ORLA TO NEAR KERMIT.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

MINOR STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN HOBBS NEW MEXICO AND
NORTHWEST ODESSA DURING THE PAST HOUR.
