FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST TEXAS

   ...UPTON COUNTY

AT 457 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER PORTIONS
OF UPTON COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. WITH
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO DEVELOP AND MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS...FLASH
FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS. SOME REPORTS OF WATER COVERING
THE ROAD ON HIGHWAY 329 16 MILES EAST OF CRANE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AT
THIS OFFICE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
