AT 515 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST MISSOURI.  ONE STORM WAS NEAR NEAR LA BELLE
OR 35 MILES EAST OF KIRKSVILLE.  ANOTHER STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR KAHOKIA.
OR 45 MILES NORTHEAST OF KIRKSVILLE.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 25 MPH.

THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINS WHICH WILL CAUSE PONDING OF
WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS.  HAIL AND WIND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE
FROM THESE STORMS.   THE STORMS WILL BE PASSING THROUGH OR NEAR THE
TOWNS OF REVERE...WILLIAMSTOWN AND FENWAY BY 615 PM.
