SABINE...ANGELINA...TYLER AND JASPER...

AT 1245 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A DEVELOPING LINE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING FROM THE LOUISIANA BORDER EAST OF
LONGVIEW TO SOUTH OF TYLER.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED IN
HARRISON COUNTY SOUTHEAST OF MARSHALL.  MOVEMENT WAS EAST SOUTHEAST AT
30 MILES AN HOUR.

THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE
SOUTHEAST INTO THE EAST TEXAS LAKES AREA THIS AFTERNOON.  SOME STORMS
COULD PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...AND
DAMAGING WINDS.

PERSONS IN THE LAKES AREA SHOULD KEEP INFORMED OF THE LATEST WEATHER
INFORMATION AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO SHELTER IF SEVERE WEATHER IS
OBSERVED OR A WARNING IS ISSUED.

FISHERMEN ON SAM RAYBURN SHOULD ALSO BE READY TO MOVE TO SHORE QUICKLY

AT 145 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM SOUTH OF SHREVEPORT TO EAST OF HENDERSON
TO SOUTHWEST OF JACKSONVILLE.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM IN TEXAS
WAS NOTED EAST OF HENDERSON NEAR CHAPMAN.  THE INDIVIDUAL THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR...WHILE THE LINE OF STORMS
WAS DRIFTING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.

THE PRESENT MOVEMENT WOULD BRING THUNDERSTORMS INTO NORTHWEST
NACOGDOCHES COUNTY BY 230 PM.

THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...AND DAMAGING WINDS AS THEY MOVE INTO THE EAST
TEXAS LAKES AREA THIS AFTERNOON.  PERSONS IN THE AREA SHOULD KEEP
INFORMED OF THE LATEST INFORMATION ON THE THUNDERSTORMS AND BE PREPARED
