FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN FRONTIER COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINS OVERNIGHT IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES ACROSS NORTHEAST FRONTIER
COUNTY HAS FORCED SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS. THE RAINS
HAVE ENDED OVER THAT AREA HOWEVER HIGHER WATER IS CONTINUING TO COME
SOUTH ALONG PLUM CREEK TOWARD THE EUSTIS AREA. PERSONS ALONG PLUM CREEK
SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLOODING OCCURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
