PATCHY DENSE FOG CONTINUED TO AFFECT TRAVEL ACROSS SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY EARLY THIS MORNING. IN ADDITION...WIDESPREAD STEADY LIGHT RAINS WERE CAUSING SOME SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS TO REACH NEAR BANKFUL LEVELS. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THIS MORNING BE ALERT TO REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND TO PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. IF YOU LIVE IN A LOW LYING AREA THAT IS PRONE TO FLOODING...KEEP AN EYE ON WATER LEVELS. PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL SLOWLY DISSIPATE THIS MORNING BUT LIGHT RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MOST OF THEH DAY.
