HEAVY RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN OVER
SOUTHERN COUNTIES OF MISSISSIPPI. FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN SOME
LOCATIONS WITH REPORTS OF ROADS AND BUILDINGS UNDER WATER IN SOME LOW
LYING AREAS. RAINFALL WILL TAPER OFF LATER TONIGHT AS THE ASSOCIATED
WEATHER SYSTEM MOVES OUT OF THE REGION.
 
AT NIGHT BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
