SMITH COUNTY. RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF OVER AN INCH AN HOUR HAVE LIKELY
OCCURRED OVER THE EASTERN SECTION OF THE COUNTY. SINCE THE SOIL IS
ALREADY SATURATED...FLOODING OF STREETS...LOW LYING AREAS AND SMALL
STREAMS WILL LIKELY OCCUR.
