A LINE FROM JUST SOUTH OF GREENVILLE TO JUST WEST OF FAYETTEVILLE.  THE
STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE JUST NORTH OF NEW BERN...JUST WEST OF
FAYETTEVILLE AND JUST OFF WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH.

REPORTS OF VERY HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING HAVE BEEN
RECEIVED SO IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES...SEEK SAFE SHELTER.
STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL CAN ALSO ACCOMPANY ANY THUNDERSTORMS.
MARINERS BOATING ALONG THE COASTAL WATERS OR PAMLICO SOUND SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.

THE RAIN WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT AROUND 5 MILES AN HOUR.
SHOWERS AND STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER SOUTHEASTERN
NORTH CAROLINA THROUGH THIS EVENING SO PERSONS SHOULD PLAN ACCORDINGLY
