AT 633 PM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED OVER PARTS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS. THE STORMS WERE LOCATED 25 MILES EAST OF EL DORADO NEAR EUREKA AND 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF COFFEYVILLE NEAR LONGTON. THESE STORMS CONTAIN VERY HEAVY RAINS AND SMALL HAIL. THE STORM NORTHWEST OF COFFEYVILLE WILL REACH CHANUTE AROUND 730 PM. IF YOU LIVE IN OR SOUTHWEST OF CHANUTE LISTEN FOR LATE STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS. THESE STORMS WERE PART OF A LARGE AREA OF NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT OCCURRED OVER MUCH OF THE EASTERN HALF OF KANSAS EAST OF A LINE FROM CONCORDIA TO ARKANSAS CITY.
