FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST NORTH CAROLINA
 
   ...HENDERSON COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL OVER HENDERSON COUNTY. THE COUNTY SHERIFF'S
OFFICE REPORTS BOB'S CREEK OUT OF ITS BANKS IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY NEAR THE GREEN RIVER. AN AUTOMATED RAIN GAGE IN THE AREA
INDICATES THAT OVER 2.50 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE MONDAY EVENING.
WEATHER RADAR INDICATES RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE TO EFFECT
THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE FEW HOURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
