SYNOPSIS: A COLD FRONT ACROSS NORTHWEST KANSAS WILL MOVE ONLY
SLOWLY SOUTHEASTWARD TODAY.  WITH THE FRONT IN THE AREA AND MOIST
UNSTABLE AIR IN PLACE...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE
REGION THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.  AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
APPROACHES THE AREA...COVERAGE AND INTENSITY OF THE STORMS WILL
LIKELY INCREASE BY LATE IN THE DAY. SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
BECOME SEVERE THIS EVENING...PARTICULARLY WEST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 83
