TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS

AT 1040 PM CDT GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSBILE TORNADO 24
MILES WEST OF HORACE...55 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GOODLAND MOVING TOWARDS THE
EAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL PASS NEAR WALKINGHOOD AT 1125 PM CDT.
 
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTEZRIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
STURDIER BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF NORTHWEST
KANSAS UNTIL 1 AM MDT (2 AM CDT) THURSDAY MORNING...

AT 815 PM MDT GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST KANSAS.  RADAR DOES INDICATE VERY
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER EASTERN COLORADO FROM 35 MILES NORTHWEST
OF GOODLAND TO 90 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GOODLAND.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND THEY WILL BE MOVING
INTO NORTHWEST KANSAS INTO WESTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY BY 830 PM CDT.
