AT 350 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM NEAR CLARKSVILLE TO QUITMAN TO TYLER TO
JUST NORTH OF PALESTINE.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY VERY
HEAVY RAIN...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND BRIEF STRONG
GUSTY WINDS.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM JUST NORTH OF TYLER
TO BIG SANDY.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.

RESIDENTS OF NORTHEAST TEXAS SHOULD MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS.  MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL SINCE PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS IS
