TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA
 
   ...WESTERN LYON COUNTY
 
AT 333 PM CDT A PUBLIC REPORT WAS RECEIVED OF A TORNADO ON THE GROUND 6
MILES WEST OF RUSSELL MINNESOTA IN SOUTHWEST LYON COUNTY...ABOUT 10
MILES SOUTHWEST OF MARSHALL MINNESOTA.
 
THE TORNADO AND ASSOCIATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 20
MPH.  THE SEVERE STORM WILL THREATEN PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES OF LYND
BY 345 PM CDT.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  MOVE QUICKLY TO UNDERGROUND SHELTER IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR AN
AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A STURDY BUILDING.
