...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION...

AT 342 AM CDT A BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINED WEST OF A
LINE FROM PAULINA IOWA...45 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIOUX CITY TO ONAWA
IOWA...40 MILES SOUTH OF SIOUX CITY.  MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 25 MILES
AN HOUR.

A 10 TO 15 MILE WIDE BAND OF HEAVIER RAIN WAS LOCATED FROM HINTON
THROUGH SIOUX CITY SOUTHWEST TO HOMER NEBRASKA.  HEAVIER RAINS CAN BE
EXPECTED AT KINGSLEY...MOVILLE AND SALIX IOWA THROUGH 5 AM.

THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED OUT OF MOST OF THE WATCH AREA AND HAVE
DECREASED IN INTENSITY.

MORE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP OVER SOUTH DAKOTA
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. ALL OF SOUTH DAKOTA EXCEPT THE EXTREME WESTERN
PART ARE INCLUDED. THE TRISTATE AREA AROUND SIOUX FALLS IS ALSO
INCLUDED.

THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WIND AND VERY
HEAVY RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA THIS
