000 TTAA00 KMCN 312131 SVRMCN GAC169-312215- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MACON GA 430 PM EST WED MAR 31 1993 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MACON GA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN CENTRAL GEORGIA ...JONES COUNTY AT 425 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR GRAY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. A MOTORIST REPORTED HAIL WITH THIS STORM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
