NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE OVER
WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA. THIS ACTIVITY WAS IN A BAND 50 MILES WIDE
WHICH EXTENDS FROM MILLEDGEVILLE TO THE ATLANTA AREA AND WESTWARD
TO THE ALABAMA STATE LINE.

SHOWERS AND SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALSO OCCURRING FROM
EXTREME NORTHEAST GEORGIA NORTHEASTWARD ALOBG THE NORTH AND SOUTH
CAROLINA STATE LINE.

ELSEWHERE...SHOWERS ANDn THUNDERSTORMS WERE WIDELY SCATTERED OVER
NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA AND OVER THE WESTERN CAROLINAS.
