SOUTHEAST OF MASON CITY NEAR MARBLE ROCK...TO CHARLES CITY...TO OELWEIN.
MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL AFFECT THE
TOWNS OF MARBLE ROCK...CHARLES CITY...SUMNER...AND WEST UNION.
