THE STRONGEST STORM WAS 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HAYS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT THE HAYS AREA BY 745 PM CDT...AND COULD PRODUCE HAIL...STRONG WINDS...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
