EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      DEUEL

AT 518 PM MDT A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS IN THE CHAPPELL VICINITY...OR
JUST EAST ALONG US HIGHWAY 30.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 25 MPH.

DO NOT TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO IN A CAR.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADOES.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...
