RADAR AT 1215 PM INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER COSHOCTON AND TUSCARAWAS COUNTIES BETWEEN COSHOCTON AND NEW PHILADELPHIA MOVING NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 50 MPH. THE STORMS SHOULD REACH THE DOVER-NEW PHILADELPHIA AREA AROUND 1230 PM AND SHOULD PASS NEAR WAYNESBURG IN CARROLL COUNTY AROUND 1PM. THE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR PRODUCING BRIEF TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS... WIND GUSTS TO ABOUT 50 MPH AND POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL.
