CONTAINING VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NORTHWEST OF CAMBRIDGE OH TO EAST OF
WHEELING WV. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25MPH.
THESE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DROP HUGE AMOUNTS OF RAIN IN A SHORT
