FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...WILLACY COUNTY
 
SATELLITE AND RADAR IMAGES SHOW THAT THE RAINFALL RATES OVER WILLACY
COUNTY HAVE INCREASED DURING THE LAST TWO HOURS WHILE THE AREA OF HEAVY
RAIN HAS DRIFTED SOUTHEAST ACROSS ALL THE COUNTY. THEREFORE ADDITIONAL
FLOODING IS LIKELY IN RAYMONDVILLE... WHILE FLOODING IS BECOMING MORE
LIKELY IN LYFORD... SEBASTIAN... AND SAN PERLITA
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
