FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY ON THE DUNSTABLE
PEPPERELL LINE ON ROUTE 113.
 
UP TO A FOOT OF WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED IN A FEW LOCATIONS IN
ESSEX COUNTY IN THE TOWN OF SALEM.
 
RAIN SOAKED GROUND CAN NOT HOLD ANY MORE WATER.  RAIN IS EXPECTED
TO CONTINUE THE REST OF TONIGHT...THUS ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WILL
