THE AIRMASS HAS DRIED OUT NEAR THE FOOTHILLS...BUT THE DEWPOINTS
WILL REMAIN HIGH THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE NORTHEAST PLAINS.  A
DRY LINE MARKS THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THESE TWO AIR MASSES...
AND AT NOON IT EXTENDED ACROSS NORTHEAST WELD...WESTERN MORGAN TO
EASTERN ARAPAHOE COUNTY.  TO THE WEST OF THE DRY LINE THERE WILL BE A
FEW GUSTY THUNDERSTORMS...BUT SEVERE WEATHER IS UNLIKELY.

THE DRY LINE WILL CONTINUE SLIDING SLOWLY EAST THIS AFTERNOON...AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG THE DRY LINE...WITH SOME
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE MAINLY EAST OF FORT MORGAN AFTER 3PM.
SPOTTERS MAY BE ACTIVATED FOR THE NORTHEAST PLAINS AND NORTHEAST
BORDER THIS AFTERNOON.
