WESTERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...

AT 1015 PM MDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS
OVER SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE
STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS 25 MILES SOUTH OF DICKINSON...OR 5 MILES EAST
OF NEW ENGLAND. THIS STORM LIKELY CONTAINS PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL...
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN WHICH MAY CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING.

PERSONS IN EASTERN HETTINGER AND EASTERN STARK COUNTIES SHOULD MOVE TO
A PLACE OF SAFETY SHOULD THREATENING WEATHER APPROACH.

REMEMBER...THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING IS HIGH TONIGHT. PERSONS

..STRONG THUNDERSTORMS COVER CENTRAL AND WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA...
...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT/7 AM CDT FOR
WESTERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...

AT 1225 AM CDT WEATHER RADARS INDICATED TWO LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS.
THE FIRST AREA COVERED MOST OF THE WESTERN THIRD OF THE STATE. THE
SECOND AREA EXTENDED FROM JAMESTOWN TO JUST SOUTH OF MINOT. WHILE BOTH
AREAS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH SOME OF THE
INDIVIDUAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING AT 40 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN...WINDS OVER 50 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL. SOME
LOCALIZED FLOODING IS LIKELY FROM THESE STORMS.

OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING NORTH OF MINOT AND EAST OF DEVILS
LAKE. THESE ALSO HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN...
STRONG WINDS AND HAIL.

REMEMBER...THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING IS HIGH TONIGHT. EVERYONE
IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGH GROUND SHOULD
