THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      WESTERN BURLEIGH...EASTERN MORTON

AT 840 PM...HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO FALL OVER THE BISMARCK AND
MANDAN AREA...AT THE RATE OF MORE THAN ONE INCH PER HOUR.

PERSONS SHOULD AVOID DRIVING THIS EVENING...AS INTERSECTIONS AND
UNDERPASSES ARE FLOODED.

THIS PRESENT STORM SHOULD MOVE OUT OF THE AREA BY 1000 PM.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE OVER ROADS CxOVERED BY FLOOD WATERS.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO PUMMEL SOUTH-
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. HEAVY RAIN WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS AS HIGHWAYS
BECOME COVERED IN WATER. URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING WILL ALSO OCCUR.

EVERYONE ACROSS SOUTH-CENTRAL NORTH rDAKOTA SHOULD KEEP ALERT AND BE
PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IF FLOODING OCCURS. MOTORISTS SHOULD
