...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO MOWER AND FILLMORE COUNTIES...

AT 11 AM RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR TAOPI WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT AROUND 40 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS THROUGH SPRING VALLEY
BY 1140 AM. SMALL HAIL...STRONG WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING MAY
ACCOMPANY THIS STORM. ALSO A TORNADO MAY BE SPAWNED WITH LITTLE OR
NO WARNING.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEASTERN
MINNESOTA UNTIL 5 PM CDT.

NORTHEAST IOWA NEAR DECORAH AND CRESCO.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR...AND COULD REACH THE LA CROSSE AREA
AS EARLY AS 1230 PM.

THESE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE HIGH WINDS...LARGE HAIL...
AND EVEN TORNADOES.

PERSONS IN THE LA CROSSE AREA...ESPECIALLY BOATERS AND CAMPERS...ARE

OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BEGIN MOVING ACROSS THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER BETWEEN 1215 AND 100 PM.  THESE STORMS HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE HIGH WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND EVEN TORNADOES.

PERSONS IN THE LA CROSSE AREA...ESPECIALLY BOATERS AND CAMPERS...ARE

MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR DIRECTLY AT THE CITY OF
LA CROSSE.

PEOPLE IN LA CROSSE SHOULD MOVE INDOORS AS THIS STORM APPROCHES...
